Thuy Bieu village is famous for Thanh Tra pomelo which possesses a very special taste and fragrance. In spring, pomelo gardens are blooded in pure white blossoms, creating a romantic scene. In summer, the slightly green color of young pomelo replaces the white blossoms. When autumn comes, gardens are full of pomelos hanging on foliage. In contrast, they become more silent in winter and continue to accumulate nutrients for the next genes of pomelo.
Taking a visit to Thuy Bieu village, you will have a chance to admire the system of over 100 years old Zen House (Nha Ruong) – a typical architecture of Hue. The main material of Ruong houses is often wood, which is elaborately carved by skillful hands of local workers. They are featured by the model of house – garden, which make people’s life closer with nature.
