Today your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to the Hanoi Cooking Center. The chef will give you a brief introduction about the aspects of Vietnamese traditional meals. Then, you will be provided a list of courses in the cooking class and all necessary ingredients that should be prepared. Heading to a local market and spend about 40 minutes here, you will have chance to learn about local products. The most fun and interesting part is to experience buying and bargaining yourself like a real Vietnamese.
After getting enough necessary ingredients, you will walk back to the cooking center to begin your hands-on cooking class. You can prepare 4 dishes and 1 dessert in 2.5 hours. During the cooking class, you have many chances to be guided and supported by local chefs as well as learn many things about Vietnamese traditional cooking technique and culture. Unlimited local beer, wine and soft drinks are offered for you.
