Vietnamese culture emphasizes humility, restraint, and modesty. To show respect, avoid boasting about yourself or flaunting your wealth. Public displays of affection are generally not the norm, so it's best to refrain from physical contact with people of the opposite sex. When choosing your attire, opt for conservative clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. This will help you blend in with the locals and ensure a more culturally sensitive experience.
