Day 01: Hanoi arrival – Moon Garden homestay with real cuisines 
HIT Indochina’s tour guide will collect you from hotel early and help you get out of half awaken status with delicious, hot, famous bowl of “Phở bò” (noodle with beef) or Vietnamese style sandwiches and authentic Vietnamese style coffee which is strong but extremely fragrant and tasteful.
Spend about one hour this morning to visit Ho chi minh mausoleum to admire the humble and simple life of our greatest leader then we drive outskirts to very special accommodation hidden deeply in a authentic rural village of Red River delta. Up on arrival, you are welcome by fresh green tea then follow with lunch by typical Vietnamese food. This afternoon is active activities with fishing, biking and cake making with hosts. 
Close the day with hot foot bath in herbal waters right from the host garden

Day 02: Moon Garden – Hanoi Street food exploration
After enjoying breakfast in the front yard we will check out our room for transfer back to Hanoi center. Spend this whole afternoon for exploring the heaven of street food in Ancient Quarter. There are hundred things you can taste in which we highly recommend pillow cakes, donuts, “cốm” cake for appetizer, “Bún chả” (grilled pork with noodle) or “bún ốc” (noodle with nails”) for main course and seasonal mixed fruits or caramel for dessert – perfect way to complete your meal.
Free night out with a drink at Red Mao Lounge or enjoy live music in Swing’s Bar. If you are a Jazz fan, go to a café club by sax maestro of Quyen Van Minh to enjoy your last night in Vietnam.

Day 03: Hanoi - fly to Sai gon with city tour
Fly to Sai gon in the morning. Sai gon is the most important center of commercials in South Vietnam.
Follow with the transfer to downtown is a short city tour featuring the best highlights including: Reunification Palace, a symbol of Vietnam independence, then Thien Hau pagoda and finish at Cho Lon market, one of the biggest market in southern Vietnam. Here you will enjoy "banh my" - Vietnamese style sandwiches that is complemented as the best sandwiches of the world by BBC travel then walking around for sweetened desserts made from fresh tropical fruits that are very nice tastes.

Day 04: Sai gon - drive to Cai be farmstay
Pick you up from hotel, we take a pleasant transfer in about 2 hours to Cai be farmstay. This is a remote house located in an isolate islet at the middle of a canals. You are warmly welcome by the host with welcome drinks followed with a delicious lunch. Leaving your packs in room, we start an afternoon becoming a fisherman. Get down to the farmstay's pond and you will try to catch fish which is really fun and interesting. Your caught fishes will be the main ingredients for dinner tonight. 
After catching fishes, we take a bike to a local market where you will be a real local and buy all needed herbs, vegetables and other foods for tonight. Back to your farmstay, you will prepare your dinner by yourself with fantastic cooking class. Enjoy dinner made by yourself from a-z.

Day 05: Cai be - drive back to Saigon
Wake up in the morning and we enjoy delicious breakfast with the host's family. Get on a small sampan to visit your neighbor with huge orchards. You will be invited to free taste very fresh fruits right in the gardens. 
We will have lunch at farmstay before checking out and drive back to Sai gon in mid-afternoon. Depending on your flight time, we will transfer you to the airport for your on-ward flight or back to your hotel for anothe night in Sai gon (excluded). End of our Vietnam Culture via Cuisine Touch tour
